Rose Aloi Costello, wife of the late Mario Costello, of Branford, formerly of East Haven, died Thursday February 28, 2013 in CT Hospice.
Mrs. Costello was born August 15, 1925 in New Haven, a daughter of the late Pat and Louise Ruggiero Aloi.
She is survived by her children, Sharon Toscano of North Branford, Carol (John) DeMarco of Clinton, and Marlene (Stephen) Ross of Branford; her sister, Alice Gambardella of Seattle; and her brothers, Armand Aloi of North Haven, Pat Aloi of Milford, and David Aloi of West Palm Beach, FL. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a sister, Josephine Knight and brothers, George and Carl Aloi.
Relatives and friends may call Monday from 4 – 8 PM at the W. S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main St., Branford, and are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday morning at 10:30 in St. Mary Church, Branford. Burial will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery, West Haven.
